Important Note on Diet and Exercise
Having LipoMelt therapy does not give you permission to eat more. On the contrary, we recommend adhering to the LipoMelt diet, which is low in starchy carbs and saturated fat. This helps your kidneys, liver, and lymphatic systems efficiently eliminate the extra fat released from fat cells.

The LipoMelt Diet
What is the LipoMelt Diet?
The first step towards a healthier lifestyle is LipoMelt therapy. However, you won’t be able to maintain the weight loss unless you combine your LipoMelt sessions with a macronutrient-rich long-term diet. The LipoMelt Diet is designed to maintain hormonal balance in your body by controlling insulin levels.
Breakfast
A high-carbohydrate diet causes insulin levels to spike, impairing the body’s ability to function optimally. The LipoMelt Diet avoids unnecessary carbohydrates and helps regulate your appetite and insulin levels.
Protein
Replace carbohydrates with more protein. Protein is crucial for muscle growth, repair, and overall health. The LipoMelt Diet provides the protein you need daily to maintain lean muscle mass. Include foods like low-fat cottage cheese, eggs, skinless turkey, chicken, lean meats, and whey protein powder in your diet.
Lunch
Understanding insulin is key to weight loss. High carbohydrate intake causes the body to produce more insulin, preventing fat cells from being burned for fuel. The LipoMelt diet, high in fats and low in carbohydrates, helps maintain steady blood sugar levels and allows your body to burn excess fat.
Fats
Dietary fats are essential for staying fit. Avoid fried and hydrogenated fats but include natural fats in moderation. The LipoMelt Diet recommends a balance of 40% starch, 30% fat, and 30% protein. Good fat sources include avocados, cold-water fish, raw nuts, and vegetable oils.
Dinner
Carbohydrates should be consumed in balanced amounts. The LipoMelt Diet promotes complex carbohydrates high in fiber and low in starch and sugar. Recommended foods include:
- Fruits: Apples, apricots, cherries, grapefruits, oranges, peaches, plums
- Vegetables: Artichokes, asparagus, broccoli, cauliflower, green beans
- Grains: Oatmeal, rye, wild rice
- Legumes: Black beans, chickpeas, kidney beans, lentils
- Starches: Sweet potatoes, yams, whole grain pasta
Are All Calories the Same?
Calorie counting alone isn’t enough for weight loss. The LipoMelt Diet focuses on the composition of calories and their effect on insulin levels. High insulin levels can hinder weight loss, drain energy, and contribute to health issues like hyperinsulinemia, a leading cause of coronary heart disease. Aim for a balanced diet to manage insulin levels effectively.
